Where Can I Get the Lead Guitar Tab for Day Dripper From?

This week’s question is a good one. Let’s have a look:

Question: Hey!
Our band’s playing ‘day tripper’ for the school summer concert, but I can’t seem to find the lead guitar tab anywhere. Well yes, there are various choices, but they seems to be all too different from one another. So I wasn’t too sure about any of them.
Can someone please tell me where I could find the tabs that Harrison originally used? I would appreciate it if it were those exact tabs that he played. And maybe some tips for playing that riff? Thanks.
Answer: You can try 911tabs.com for that.

The tabs Harrison originally used?! What are you talking about? He just played the solo right then and there.

The reason there’s so many differences between all the tabs is because each one is just one person’s interpretation of what was played. Take a look at what other people think, listen to the track, and figure out how you want to play the song on your own… you know, like a musician.

    Hello there,

I have a copy of the tab book Riff By Riff: The Beatles. It includes Day Tripper. If you will contact me (link in my profile), I can scan that and send it to you. I think it is about 4 pages.
